National City? More like NASTY CITY. Out of date, Ineffective and Irresponsible Means of Communication. No one responds to the issues. They simply overrule issues or NEVER RESPOND. They haven’t responded still after 2 years to most of the major issues in the neighborhood. The reporting options are out of date, still offering “COVID 19 NON ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES IN OPERATION” as an option. WHAT?! You aren’t going to even bother responding and you put THAT?? What a waste of time, intention, and effort. Also, there is no means of contacting CalTrans, which for many neighborhoods in this city is a major necessity. The city must protect their citizens from CalTrans. CalTrans has allowed dangerous individuals to run rampant throughout, causing destruction and drawing drugs into neighborhoods with families and children. SIMPLY A DISGRACE.
Please fix it
I have used this and it is effective. I have seen results and it is making our neighborhood safer.
