The app works really well and it makes ordering very easy. I make my orders before arriving at the restaurant and when I get there my order is ready. They haven’t miss anything in my orders (except one time one sauce for the nuggets). I have even order to have it sent home with uber eats and everything was perfectly in order and the order got reasonably fast. I personally would recommend this app to others
At least here in Puerto Rico, after a certain hour, this app only lets you pick up through the same drive-thru as everyone else, so you DON’T SAVE ANY TIME. You still have to wait in the exact same line as everyone to get your order, and they ridiculously close the dining room. On top of that, when you place an order, you can’t know for sure if you’ll be able to pick it up inside or if it will be drive-thru only until after you’ve already paid — and once the payment is submitted, it doesn’t let you cancel or process an instant refund. It’s basically like they’re forcing you to go pick it up no matter what. The best thing that could happen is for Corporate USA to run all the McDonald’s in Puerto Rico so they can get rid of these stupid rules.
I can't express how disappointing my recent experience with this app was. My husband and I decided to give it a try and ordered food for pickup via the app, thinking it would be a quick and convenient process. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. We chose the option to pick up our order at a designated parking spot. However, after waiting for a whopping 40 minutes, we decided to inquire about our order's status. To our shock, the manager, who we approached first, claimed she hadn't received our order. Despite showing her the app confirmation, she insisted there was no record of our order. Rather than trying to find a solution, she left us feeling frustrated and ignored. Desperate to salvage the situation, I approached another employee who finally took our order. However, due to the app's limitations, our selections were not displayed accurately, resulting in an incorrect order. To make matters worse, one of the sides we ordered, clearly indicated in the app, was missing from our package. Exasperated and feeling let down, we decided to cut our losses and leave. Adding to our frustration was the lack of in-app customer service. Instead, users are required to make a phone call, which only added to our inconvenience. This experience has left me disheartened, and I've decided I won't be using this app anymore. It was a huge disappointment, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.
