Community First Bank NI LA

Since the inception of Community First Bank, this has been our bank! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They believed in us 24 years ago when our business was just a dream.

These is no such thing as Excellent Customer Service anymore. Except with Community First Bank Of NI LA. They’ve headed off more than one potential Problem for me before I was even aware there Could have Been. Definitely 5-Star Bankers

I’ve used this bank for years with no problems. Their workers are all very friendly and professional. This app used to work, but after the change, you aren’t even allowed to sign in. Their website has also been down for two days. I’ve called customer service twice already to confirm my account and had been told it was now “unlocked”. Nope. You’re supposed to be able to put in your account, press continue at the top right, which will then let you put in your password. It is completely non-functional and, again, it’s been at least two days. This is not acceptable for a business that is supposed to be responsible to guard our life’s savings. I’m changing banks as soon as I have the ability to.
