Equipment is great but pointless if I can see the pictures, doing all the edits and every time I go to preview it tells me sorry link don’t work. Oops! There’s no tutorial on how to create the live tours, just how to take the pictures. Again pointless to have equipment and app and no directions whatsoever
Why can’t I download the images? Why is there no customer service? This app is very basic but I’m so frustrated I’m about to ask to return everything!
I have been having intermittent issues with the application not able to access the “album” of pictures. Very frustrating. Currently I cannot upload photos into virtual tours. Hoping tomorrow the problem will magically go away like last time
