I use this app super frequently to order, but I do have a few critiques.
First, I love the wishlist feature, but I wish it operated better :( I am a Lush FANATIC and so of course I have the majority of their products on my wishlist. It tell me I have “99+” products saved. However, usually it only loads 75 of them at a time. I wish I could see everything I’ve saved, so when I go to order I can scroll through my favorites and frequent orders instead of searching through all the categories of products.
Also, if I’m scrolling through products by category, NOT my wishlist, it doesn’t tell me whether or not I’ve already added the product to my wishlist. There’s a small heart icon next to “add to wishlist,” and it would be nice if this turned red or something when I added a product to wishlist, that way I would know if I’ve already added it or not.
One more thing, sometimes a product shows it has multiple reviews, but when you scroll down or even tap where it says something like “10 Reviews,” or where the star ratings are, there are none.
Again I love this app and will continue to use it, but it does have some room for small improvements. :)

I live so far from the stores so I rarely get to go, but I love their products and would only use lush products if I didn’t live so far. I decided to try and place an order in hopes that I can just order online instead of going in store. Previously I didn’t due to no free shipping, but I see that’s a thing now over $60 which is great. I placed my order a week ago and it just now finally shipped. It’s due to come 8 days from now and I just found out you need to sign for it upon delivery. That’s so frustrating and I already know that’s gonna cause my order to take even longer to get delivered as I am not home through most of the day. I wouldn’t have place an order through them if I knew that. The shipping is also very slow a bit misleading. It said it would be delivered 2-8 days after it gets shipped. I thought maybe it would mean it will take a couple days to get it out, but no it’s been a week. I hope the items are in good condition at least.

I ordered two things which by far is my favorite store and products.. I received my order yesterday I ordered the large bottle of karma and they’ll Sultana soap , which are both my favorite.. but I’m so disappointed with this soap when I received it was melted.. I wish I had time to take a picture I have two jobs I’m very busy and I don’t have time for anything , I have a few minutes now which is part of my dinner time here at work and have to waste it on writing this review, But I had to write this review and I never do things like this but I am very upset with the soap because I spent a lot of money on your products and for it to arrive melted I just think it should’ve been shipped better. And I only got one sample , just one tiny sample. I know you have different sizes on sample size and I get a small size..
