Card info “saves” - but card info becomes blank when you make a purchase. And can’t be entered when purchasing. Can only be entered in settings. Clunky with a capital K!

This app and bus server will leave you stranded in Denmark. Called customer service twice, tried every way possible and it won’t let me purchase a ticket. The bus has no card reader on board either.
About Midttrafik
With the Midttrafik app, you can only buy single tickets for Midttrafik buses, the Light Rail (Letbanen), and Midtjyske Jernbaner.
Sales of multi-ride tickets (clip cards) ended on 30 September 2025. Already purchased clip cards can be used until 31 March 2026. Sales of single tickets end on 28 February 2026. After this date, you must use either the Rejsebillet or Rejsekort app. Single tickets and clip cards are valid on Midttrafik buses, the Light Rail, and Midtjyske Jernbaner – not on DSB or GoCollective trains. You can also buy single tickets for journeys between Midttrafik and Sydtrafik/NT.
Before using the Midttrafik app, you must create an account and choose a payment method. You can pay with MobilePay or link a payment card (Dankort, Visa, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, or American Express). If your phone is set to English language, the Midttrafik app interface will be in English. You can also switch to English under the “My Account” menu.
Buy your ticket in the app before your journey begins and before boarding. Make sure you have an internet connection when purchasing your ticket. The ticket can, however, be displayed without internet access. Ensure your phone has enough battery power for the entire journey so you can show your ticket during inspection. Your phone must be intact, and the ticket must be clearly visible on the screen during inspection. Single tickets and clip cards in the app are valid within the Midttrafik area for travel on Midttrafik buses, the Light Rail, and Midtjyske Jernbaner. Tickets for journeys between Midttrafik and Sydtrafik/NT are valid as described on the ticket. Single tickets and clip cards in the app are not valid for travel with DSB or GoCollective trains.
