Hubble for Smart Nursery

I too purchased this scale to weigh with my newborn. The scale itself works fine. The app is useless. I wanted a smart scale. One I didn’t have to manually enter in. This one keeps putting both my weight and daughters weight under my profile. Then if I try to edit the reading it crashes. Also once it assigns a reading you can’t pull it up again to retry. You have to actually weigh again and hope the input gets placed correctly if not the only option is to delete the whole profile. The readings aren’t able to use on multiple devices. Like I wanted both my husband and I able to use the app to keep track. He had 1 reading that was correctly assigned on his phone. I tried to access it on mine and the only changes that transfer are changing the device name, and adding/removing people. They also still have height set at smallest 2’ which is silly because they are less likely to need holding past 24” inches. I’m shocked that I came back to the app reviews and see that in 2 years they haven’t fixed anything. That’s telling me they don’t care. I’ve already experienced issues with another Hubble product. I’d gotten the Roo used it twice during pregnancy and that app wasn’t working correctly either. Lost the data or just wouldn’t let me have access to my 2 sessions. It’s my opinion that I will probably stop purchasing Hubble products because they obviously don’t work toward rectifying known issues that are app related. It’s pretty sad because the products themselves have great potential. They just ruin it with cheap/bad, poorly managed applications technology.

I bought the Motorola Mbp164 audio monitor and the manual and box both state that this product works excellently with Hubble Smart Nursery. Well, it worked great for a couple of days and then last night the feed just cut out while I was sleeping. My poor 3 1/2 week old baby was in his room alone from 12:30am-8:30am because I could not hear him! I feel like the worst parent on the planet. He is normally up to feed at least twice during this time period and he probably cried for hours! If you are trying to use this app to connect to a baby monitor, I highly recommend using the parent unit receiver instead because this app is garbage. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I bought this scale to be able to keep track of my newborns weight as he grew. The scale itself works well but for the price a smart scale should do more than a standard scale. The app does let you create profiles, though the shortest you can set a height is 2’ so it’s not actually good for babies till they are over 24”. I have no had any issues connecting. However today it assigned my weight to my babies profile and I can not find any way to remove the measurement. In the process it also lost his measurement for the day. The weight trend does not work. It does not show a history of measurements and the graph shows numbers on the left but does not indicate what measurement they are. It started at 120 and goes up and down over the last 3 months even though his weight has only increased. The entire point of paying extra for a smart scale was an App that would keep a history of his weight as he grew this will not do that. This App needs a lot of work to come close to doing what it promises.
