I use this for work and really like the ability to look up pretty much anything from my phone. Also being able to see the CAD screen while out for lunch or busy and away from a computer. Is there an update in the works for being able to upload photos taken from your phone to FLEX/Spillman? That would so much easier than emailing photos to yourself and then uploading them on the MDT/laptop.
I use this app every day for work and love it and the convenience and functionality. However, with the last update, if I look up an old call, the comments are all ran together like in a paragraph instead of each comment being on a new line. It makes it hard to disseminate the information in that format. Hope this can be looked into soon!
The iOS app for the iPads needs improvement. The app needs to be formatted to allow the user to see directions to the call, CAD notes and the status buttons all viewable from a single screen as it is in the windows mobile version.
