ANA MILEAGE CLUB

Airline operation is 5-stars, but this app, and their web interface? 1 star. I want to see my reservation without having to enter the reservation number and name for every reservation I have. ANA app says I need AMC account to link the reservations to my accounts. Nope. There is no place I can register the reservations so when I log in, i don’t have to Re enter all the info to see all of my reservations. As is, I have to type in my name and reservation number every time, and app won’t record or remember it. So…. Airline operations is stellar, but they need to hire web designer with modern comprehension of what an app could do. Comparing this app to something like United and American Airlines app puts ANA web/app designers to horrible shame.

ANA always gives great customer service. They take of us, ANA is the only airline we use. They always look out for us and have very clean airplanes.

Why is this a separate app from the ANA app that tracks flights? Also, please add support for Apple Wallet. I'd like to have all of my travel membership cards in the same place. The navigation is also quite wonky. It's not clear which screens are next to the one in on now, and most of the options just open up an in-app browser of the dated ANA website instead of a dedicated screen in the app.
