Scans the barcodes and searches for them in Safari. I'd like to see it search for results in my default browser instead of Safari. Saving the search history would be nice also.

Use the information to get best prices in stores while shopping.
Scan Product Code (EAN / UPCs) and opens a corresponding search engine that is adjustable.
The special feature here is that any product search services can be freely:
General search engines like google, bing or baidu, shopping portals, the Amazon or Alibaba, consumer sites like code check or any other Web site.
Furthermore, also QR codes are supported and it is the barcode type displayed which is the barcode.
