I am using an iPad and I had no problems with the clues working. I had trouble a few times making a relevant connection between the hint and execution. For instance, I needed help figuring out that the up and down switch positions were related to the button order on the side of the boiler(?). Other than the couple of times I couldn't make a connection, I loved it. It is more involved than the others. It would be nice to save your place as the game is lengthy.
There are so many reasons not to like this game. The graphics look like they were drawn by a child. The scenes are far too dark. I am unable to scroll up or down to get to my inventory. I have solved the puzzles and see where I need inventory items to complete those puzzles. Too bad! I cannot get to my inventory when only three of the many items are visible and accessible. And then there are the constant interruptions: to rate their game, to share your game with a friend or to choose to return to the Apple Store to install another one of their games. It's annoying to be required to rate the game simply to get the walk-through. And the most aggravating, when it asks me if I want to return to the Apple Store to install another one of their games, I always click "No." Yet, despite clicking "No," it takes me back to the Apple Store and opens that game title anyway. It doesn't matter if you click "Yes" or "No" you are going back to the Apple Store and good luck if your game gets saved. It's a toss-up on that one. Obviously, I do not recommend this game.
It was a definite challenge that was even more difficult due to the un-necessary darkness stated in a lot of the other reviews. That being said, and the fact that I do not have the skills to create these escape games, I thank you for what you have created. There were several areas that made me think for quite some time, but in the end, I completed the escape without any walkthrough's and had the satisfaction of reaching the end and making the Escape. Thanks again......""""""""5 STARS""""""""
