Monster Busters: Link Flash

I’ve been enjoying this game for years and still do! Usually around Thanksgiving you add a turkey to the opening screen and if you catch him you get extra coins. Also now in December you usually add a reindeer to click on and also Santa Claus to win coins as well. Where are they this year? They’re so cute and festive. I miss them. Please bring them back! Sorry to put this on reviews but I’ve never had a problem with any of your games until I upgraded my phone and it just keeps acting like I have the icon on my screen ? Please delete my question that doesn’t belong here and reviews but since I can’t open the app I can’t contact you from my iPhone where it’s missing ? I got a new iPhone when I upgraded and for some reason it’s saying that I have a Link Flash but it’s not showing up on any my pages I got to keep going to the App Store clicking open I can’t even deleted to re-download it what do I do? When using my iPhone or my iPad I bought unlimited games for 299 it said just for you and never got unlimited lives to keep saying the regular five lives?

I love this game and all the other Monster Buster games. I would love to restart the game from level 1. But no matter what I do I cannot get the game to start new. It always starts where I left off. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling. Checked iCloud storage and as far as I can tell, there is no data there except my photos.
