付款方式、換票方式
1.電子支付選項點進去，沒有街口選項，退出後顯示取票中，我準備好的信用卡只能再塞回包包，只能等按錯的支付時間過期，再回來付款，流程很麻煩！ 2.需要重新刷卡才能換票，就算價位一樣，從銀行端角度來看資料就是要先退票在購票的概念 3.刷卡也很麻煩，要填一堆資料，最莫名其妙的是要填英文名字

希望能多一個出發和目的地的對調按鈕，日常使用都沒問題，但要是能按一下就對調會比捲軸方便

付款問題
可以線上訂票很方便，但是付款方面需要再優化一下，付款過程如果因故沒完成付款，票據狀況會卡在付款中無法繼續執行，希望能改一下重新付款或是取消付款
