I am truly impressed with the service. I don’t need to bother my significant other to read my essays, etc. I get the corrections in a timely fashion. It did take a little longer to get my corrections on the last days of the semester, probably from other people also using the service, take that into consideration when submitting. Overall it’s a life saver, and their customer service is amazing. I contacted them via email because I forgot to cancelled (when my semester ended), and I was refunded without any problems. To me, that implies a strong commitment to their clientele.

I submitted 2 similar texts, 200 words. I received an answer in 1 minute. No way a real person could read and correct it within that timeframe.
