I am a new avid cruiser and I needed an app to keep me and my cruises organized. That is when I found CruisePicker referenced by a YouTuber. I greatly enjoy and recommend this app for a few reasons. First, the countdown widgets! The widgets are so easy to set up and comes with a variety of backgrounds, sizes, and even has the option to customize with my own notes. This feature helps keeps me on track and prepared for upcoming cruises. Secondly, the cruise search feature! The app makes it super easy to select a cruise from my favorite port and lists all cruises leaving from that port. It’s a great way to compare and review cruising options. Next, the helpful cruising tips and packing list! I check the apps packing list when the widget hits 5 days to serve a a reminder to pack essentials—an awesome aid to packing. And finally, the CruiserPicker Team. They are geniuses for creating the app, but also very open and welcoming to feedback. I had a recommendation for my widget view and they quickly responded and was able to make the modification! It’s so cool to have a team that works to make the app a helpful and fun resource!
I found this app from the Cruise subreddit. It was talking about the Countdown widget in the app. That’s the main reason I downloaded it. After downloading the app it was soooo much more than just a countdown widget app. Being able to look at multiple cruise line deals is awesome. The search filters you have also is a great tool. I have not booked a cruise through the app but definitely will be looking into that. This is a great tool to compare prices and I suggest anyone that loves cruising like I do to download this app!
The CruisePicker app is pretty cool, and the development team is super responsive to feedback! However, my favorite part is the countdown widget! I now have a cool little graphic display right on my smart phone homepage that shows me how many days left until my cruise. I just love waking up each morning and seeing the number go down! Other apps wanted to charge a monthly fee for this feature, and I wasn’t willing to pay. After deleting a competitor’s app, I discovered this one, and I’m super happy!
You know when you go to a cruise website and it gives you a hundred pop-ups asking for your email and then screams at you to call them now before this...
