The driver sent a message to inform me that he had arrived at my address. I went outside to get my Taxi, There was no taxi . Somehow we became connected telephonically and I was informed by the driver he was at my address, I asked the driver to tell me what he could see through the window, he said he was near a bus stop. Ha Ha, Larkfield Avenue is not Ona bus route. When asked again where he was he said that he didn’t know. I told the driver to stop where he was and I would walk to the nearest bus stop to my address via Larkfield Avenue/ Birds Lane A walk of 5 or 6 minutes for a O.A.P with breathing problems Upon arrival at the bus stop on Main Road,Birds Lane junction . When I asked the driver why he Lied to me. He went ballistic, Ranting and Raving accusing me of being a racist, talking to him like a dog, and making him feel like a little boy. Very poor customer care service In Sammy’s Toyota Rav. Take some Chill- Pills . P.S . Whilst eventually travelling to my destination, I observed that the Satnav on his Smart Phone seemed to be accurate, but his Tom Tom is way of course. Suggestion for Sammy . Invest in an A to Z of the Local Area .

The driver arrived a couple of minutes early - the app told me he was waiting outside. Perfect!
