Brilliant travel app!

Amazing app that lets you book some of the best hotels in the world at exceptionally low rates. They offer great benefits such as guaranteed upgrades, free breakfast and even a $100 credit to spend at some of the hotels! Anyone of those alone makes me the membership fee well worth it.. even if only for 1 night! The team is amazing, friendly and super helpful in every situation.

Needs a lot of work/not worth the price

Considering the yearly fee plus a 20ยฃ booking fee I would assume some differentiating benefits or deals but they donโ€™t offer much. I have compared prices with American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and for a fee Iโ€™m already paying with Amex I get more benefits guaranteed and not subject to availability. Plus, rates are the same if not better on Amex. For an extra 50ยฃ a year you get access to restaurants reservations but they are few and far between with options only available in London in New York. If youโ€™re going to charge 250ยฃ a year for a product or service that has a lot of competition you better deliver something worth paying for and in my opinion this is not worth the fees.
