I really like the app cause it’s convenient. It’s fast. You don’t have to go to the power company. You don’t have to mail It , you don’t have to go to the bank to pay it. Just pay it from your phone. And it’s free

Like how convenient this app is to pay my bill. The only thing I wish it had was more information as in how much was used that month to previous months for electric and internet. Maybe a chat service if questions about my bill are needed. Maybe put helpful hints on how to save money on electric, so the bills aren’t as expensive.
