This app now looks nothing like the preview screen panes in the App Store New version does not function well at all. For example when you close your door with the app you then have to shut the app down if you want to open the door as the app gets stuck and freezes ( this is not a connectivity problem as previous version worked perfectly ) Door icon looks unprofessional. Previous icons had a much better layout and professional look App is not fit for purpose and is defective making the product unsuitable for its intended function. Would not recommend this product and giving it one star is too much however I had to so I could write a review.

I do like the functionality with voice integration. However, the functionality is pretty useless as it is. When you ask Siri to open the garage you get back ‘you need to unlock your iPhone first’. This likely an IOS issue but the impact means the function is a waste of time. If you need to pick up the phone you might as well push the button on a remote which is going to be quicker. The fact the app needs to fully open and then stays open on the screen is an annoyance too. Would like to see this in CarPlay too. Might limit how often the issues above are experienced.

Unfortunately, the door open and close notifications does not work anymore after IOS 14 upgrade (I think!). Used to work well before the upgrade. Now only the smart hub notification is working. Did what the support staff advised (reset the door) but still not working. Would’ve been 5-star.
