I had one of the worst experiences ever while using the PTCL application. I strongly advise others not to download it. Can you believe PTCL could actually provide such a disappointing service? I've attempted to log in countless times, but I always encounter password errors. Moreover, each subsequent attempt is allowed only after a 30-minute interval. I diligently followed all the password setting instructions, but I still feel helpless. It's incredibly frustrating to have such a negative experience, especially from a telecom company. I've been facing this issue for the past four months, and I finally decided to share my review today.

Such a blunder mistake in PTCL iOS app. While creating an account, it is written that special characters are not allowed in password. And when we go to the next page, after entering OPT, it gives error "password should contain at least 1 special character" and then we have to wait for 30 minutes to do the same. I've this app installed for 6 months, without using it even one time, tried several times though. I would fire the QA team and its head in a blink of an eye for such a blunder. ❌

I’m facing problem in Making account.. when they send me a confirmation pin on my cell and I put this number to confirm pin then the error pop up every time.. (that your password must that or that.. then I try the same they said but still it gives the error) From a week I’m trying to make it but the same problem is going on. Kindly work on it checkout what’s a problem it.. I’m giving everything correct but the problem is same going on.
