Though this good app but still needs to be done for improvements 1- I did not see any balance transfer option 2- No option to make change to. Any package for Post Paid Customers 3- No option to see call history. Incoming or outgoing etc

I never write reviews, but I don’t want people to lose their money like me, so I’m writing this review. This is by far the most deceptive app I have ever used. I recharged 600PKR on my number and subscribed to the monthly extreme package through this app. Now the deceptive thing is they wrote 5GB per month next to the subscribe bundle. No more detail was given. So I subscribe to it. I had 300PKR remaining. A few minutes late I browsed the web, and after maybe 5mins I got a notification from warid that I have 10PKR left. I called their pathetic helpline and they told me this page was only valid from 2am to 2pm. I mean wow, what a way to swindle people of their money. Give as little detail as possible before people subscribe so we can eat their hard earned cash. Absolute thievery!

I use this app with 5 different personal numbers and I think it need a lot of refining. A lot of issues with its work flows. 1) it is never accurate. Never shows the actual information on what’s left in your package. It always differs with the * 2222# info. 2) it decides at random on what to display. Sometimes it will show you all your active bundles and packages in the view more section, Most of the time it will not. Just shows the basic voice plan. Does not display the internet and voice/sms bundles add on info. 3) information for Warid users is never present. Only shows basic info, which is not accurate. Gives error when you click more info link. If it does not give error , it does it show detailed info. Warid app was much better and intuitive. 4) business accounts are not integrated. Really? I pay you half a lac rupee per month and I and my staff do not even qualify for a basic offer you make to normal prepaid users? I have always found Mobilink to have the highest standards. I firmly believe that some one at Mobilink will pick up my feedback and work on this app. I look forward to a more robust, intuitive app that gives me accurate situational awareness and makes my life easier.
