This new April update they added a timeout to the sessions. This is not helpful while taking duration data or simply for running a session in general. Also, there are many issues with the organization of the app. It is not ADHD friendly (in my case) to have to scroll up and down trying to find what programs I did or did not run yet. You guys should add more features to tweak the order of the programs to make the sessions more understandable.

It’s alright when it works; the data collection is pretty nice, but I have to do pretty much everything else through an internet browser. My biggest issue is that whenever I log out or leave the app for an extended period of time, it states my session has expired and leads me to a completely blank screen. The only way I’ve been able to fix it is to uninstall the app and re-install it to get the login screen. I’ve had to reinstall it before every session, and at this point it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

This app continues to have multiple issues and because of that I’m continuously not getting paid for multiple hours of work since the company I work for goes off of rethink as a reliable method to calculate hours worked and hours paid. The company I work for should be able to reliably use this app but unfortunately the only think that’s actually reliable is the website. This is extremely frustrating both from both an HR position as well as a behavioral therapist.
