Period Tracker: Natural Cycles

Been using this app past few yrs, after trying a cpl other… this was was the easiest user interface & simple to navigate. I love how u can add reminders when your cycle is coming & when to take your medicine if needed. U can add symptoms, your flow each day, or a generic side note. It’s sooo great for pre-menopausal women who can’t remember how often your cycle is because of the irregularities! Helps to look at the summary view for the doctor to also see at at easy glance what your cycle has been doing. Best part is it’s free!

Love this app!! I have been using the free version for several years. I track everything in this app! Each day I can track my vital signs, meds, cycle, sex, work schedule notes of importance, physical and emotional lists of feelings &/or symptoms, and many more. You can pull up charts and logs on items tracked and other cool tools. The notes section is great, it’s perfect for daily notes, like details of an event or important information. This app is a fantastic, all-around personal tracker & journal in one. Highly recommend this app to all females!! 5 stars for sure!!!!! *** I would love to see an other color hearts or dots available to create other things aside from sexual activity on the calendar screen. Example: a green dot on the date to indicate I work, a blue dot to indicate I exercised, etc.

I loved this app! It is so user friendly and easy to use! I love how it is free and the premium is cheap and all it does is stop adds. So nothing is being held back if you don’t have the premium version. There is also a pink app made like this one. I think that this app is for adult women and the pink app is for girls. Only because the red app focuses more on fertility, while the pink app is cuter and has less focus on fertility. Again, love it and would totally recommend this app!
