If you were to ask me for the number one thing you could do to effect change in your life, I would teach you the HU. I have sang HU for 20+ years and it is an integral part of my daily practice. I can certainly attest to its transformative powers. Being able to listen to the HU anywhere and anytime through this app is a gift of the highest sort, the rise and fall of a crescendo of beautiful voices immediately transports me above the minutia of every day life. It’s as close as my own heartbeat! Don’t take my word for it, though, try it for yourself.

Please, please, please return to the old version! Sitting in a hall listening to thousands of people singing HU as one is a transcendent experience; I use this app several times a day to reconnect to that. The woman singing is so distracting and bizarre, and completely detracts from the pure sound of the HU. Why did someone feel the need to upgrade this?! This pure, gorgeous sound has been a constant in my and my family’s life for the last 40 years.

Singing HU with the App or just listening to it while I drive or at work helps me to detach from all the chaos in the world and my world too! It opens my heart and uplifts my consciousness. I like that it is a word for everyone to use no matter your religious or non religious beliefs, age, or culture. It is a gift that has changed my awareness. Searching for it was difficult. It doesn’t show up just searching HU. I wonder why?
