The Gene Keys in general, the art of contemplation, and now the Triple Flame moments of pause, are slowly reshaping the way I move and act through my days. Having spent most of my life DOing and GOing as much as possible, it is quite radical to be slowing down, learning to BE. It’s quite magical, what these little 3-minute pauses have brought me. I also love to think of others all around the world doing the same. It helps me to feel connected in a special way. Really appreciate the latest update, especially the new music additions. Sometimes I will put the timer on 10 minutes and start a pause outside of the schedule, just to soak in the beautiful frequencies.

I have many meditation apps but this is my go-to every day. First, I started using it because of its simplicity- 3 minutes, 3 times a day. But then, I loved guided meditations and journeys as well. Especially "Soft Heart Open Mind" and " Tree Harmonies" are favorites I visit frequently. I also very much enjoy reading quotes and reminders that arrive during cosmic clock alignments. This app is such a gift of love and it helps me to ground myself every day in love so I can also give back this essence in different ways in my personal life. In the simplicity of pause, we do transform. To the team who made this available as a free offering: Thank you for your love and service!

If technical performance had the same weight as content, I would not give the app 5 stars. There are glitches for sure. If the app is frozen, I log out and log back in and am able to use it. I’m really enjoying the regular pausing and the knowing that others in the Gene Keys community are pausing with me. I wasn’t sure if I’d like technifying (new word) my pauses, but once I let go of the need to be exacting with them, I relaxed into the beauty of the music options and the ohm and the pausing itself. Thank you so much for putting this together for us!
