I can no longer make deposits with my phone. It asks me for a password after I enter my password. I don’t understand what changed. Thankfully, I was able to skip the password portion on my iPad and it took my deposits. Very frustrating!

This app gets more frustrating every time I use it. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this app for Bill Pay. Not reliable at all. A good portion of the time the application requires multiple attempts to post a payment. Then it may take three days or more for payments to process. (Purchases at merchants go through instantly, but payments take three days. WHAT?). Recently the app told me that it could not process a payment at this time. So, I went to the merchants site and paid. Later that same day, the Credit Union app DID process the same payment, without me reposting. Two payments, large, to the same merchant,(auto). Of course the CU told me there was nothing that they could do as about it, except a claim, that would take two weeks to process. Please do not use Bill Pay.
