I find this application awesome. It features great cases. There is a learning component to it and the ability to collaborate with others. The teaching points make it an academic exercise and allow one to build on their foundation of knowledge. I think it would be a great resource in the educational, post graduate, and professional settings. There are also points someone can accumulate which makes it fun like a game, too

Inuse this to to teach my students how to develop and modify differential diagnoses. The way this makes you lay out your thinking before moving to the next part of data collection is invaluable for this. It then allows you to re-make your differential list when new information comes in. Feedback is immediate,accuracy ranked, and explanation is provided. I am prepping for my NREMT-P exam this fall. I heard about this app on a medical podcast I listen to in the car. I have this set to Emergency Medicine and it had not disappointed. It has been an awesome game to play when I have a few minutes in between activities. I LOVE how the docs have full descriptions on the entire case once you complete it. They walk you through everything. Thank you SO much! Im telling all my Philly medic friends, Jefferson instructors and students about this amazing resource!
