I am not using nor recommending this app. I am waiting for pampers for my one year old son almost a month. Till today twice got notified that my order has been shipped and to leave a review and rate. The chat bot is totally useless. There is no one in person to communicate. In my million try to contact a person, one answered me HOURS LATER and the situation is the same as the chat bot - useless. They said that I will receive a call - NO CALL YET! I got message in VIBER FROM EMAG to inform me that my order is going to be late - Really?! I wasn’t aware?!? What is going on EMAG?! Where can we contact someone who can take actions?! To be helpful? Totally disappointing. Change some thing, leave a contact where clients can actually receive any assistance. Email, phone number anything. And please you can’t tell me that YOU DON’T have any regulations for the resellers in the app. That’s absurd! Deleting the app once, IF I ever receive that PAMPERS IN THIS LIFE!!!!

I really enjoy Emag and their deals and the app is great. However, the company “Sameday” they are using recently is just awful. Almost everytime I get something delivered by Sameday there is an issue. The delivery company is extremely unhelpful, incompetent and the projected times for delivery are never matched. I recently had a bad experience from Emag’s Black Friday deals and there was no connection to the courier, delivery got postponed two times and I only got an sms saying “delivery unsuccessful”. I am fully aware this is not directly Emag’s fault, but the choice for delivery company is indeed Emag’s. I would NEVER choose Sameday if I had the option to choose delivery method and I would gladly pay more for a quality delivery service by one of the established providers. What a shame!

I absolutely love emag, the variety of products they offer and the app experience. Especially for products sold directly by emag I never have doubt for legitimacy, they’re at a competitive price and always arrive very quickly. I’ve found products here that are otherwise not sold in Bulgaria!
