I had been a member since 2015 and accidentally registered with another email address via Edigital. It was really a great and seamless experience with zero user intervention. Only problem was that I had a different registered email address and the app made a second account really quick. So then I contacted support via the app and got an email reply in mere hours about what to do. I requested a merge and just like that, my new account registered in 2022 can now see all the orders way back to 2015. How is this relevant to the app? I just swiped around and got to the solution in seconds. Fast and intuitive UI like this are so rare. Since then, I checked the warranty info on my new stuff and it's just there. Just with two flicks. It's just awesome!
