Excellent App for Efficient Low-Bandwidth Satellite Connections

This is an excellent app for low bandwidth satellite connectivity such as with Iridium Go and even with BGAN. Has several advantages over the native Iridium email app, including direct access to your email account for send and receive (no forwarding or separate email address required), faster fetch as it only gets headers initially, ability to work on regular internet connections as well as satellite, and many more. And the Ocens support team is excellent and responsive!

Google access is being limited

The app works great. But a word of warning. It is necessary to go to your G-Mail account and approve third party apps, signing into your email. Also, if you donโ€™t use your One Mail for awhile. It is necessary to go back in to your G-Mail to authorize it again. G-Mail has a feature that shuts it down automatically when it hasnโ€™t been used. I always check on this while still in cell range. In case, I need to set it up again. I do go several months, when I donโ€™t need this app.

New first mate.

Worked great - allowed me to keep tabs on my email while we were out cruising. Way better that using the Iridium Mail program.
