This app charged me $8 to use. I understand tipping when I get service but I don’t understand paying to make my own order. Mind you I had a dietary question about a menu item but no one answered the phone when I called numerous times. The 5th time I called it simply rang once then hung up. When we got there at the pick up time given in the confirmation email they were not even aware of our order. They are now closed and we are waiting for food that was paid for over an hour ago. My husband had to leave for work and couldn’t wait so we had to send my son to pick the food up. We spent $91 on a whim that turned into a whole fiasco. I’m still stuck on what my $8 went towards. It certainly wasn’t convenience nor good service. NEVER AGAIN

Simple and easy .. not sure I can group my order with multiple restaurants

I prefer to place all my take out / carry out orders online for ease of ordering. I also like to be able to specify the collection time, though I’ve noticed recently that selecting time other than that highlighted causes the app to crash 😒 little bit annoying - please fix Otherwise I’m happy with it and use it about once a week!
