I’m unable to access the app or online website. It shows that I have been blocked from using it. I’ve had the app on my phone for 5 years now. I’ve always had trouble with the app due to it glitching. I lost my account and all of my data because I was blocked. If I could I would delete my account with them but I’m unable to get in contact with someone from their team. This all happened after I deleted the app and redownloaded it because of its glitches.

If there was even less than one star I would have chose that. A company that debt your card and even delivery fees and never delivers your order and despite contacting their customer care many times and sent many emails you get nothing all you get are lies that they are taking care of it or resolved your issue and honestly the only thing was resolved was for the company that is keeping their stuff and along with it the the customer’s money i.e. stealing money. Horrible people that you call customer care personal unprofessional and help with absolutely nothing bunch of unprofessional thieves

The first thing they will do they will take your money but the products you will never receive it on time they will keep calling you to give them your address and ID number which is sensitive number that is linked to a lot of things in some countries. I hope I will get my money back which already gone with the wind
