My son told me about this app for items he wanted. I was skeptical, & told him I wasn't giving $ to some random app & never received items. I said it was prob a scam. After months of delay I gave in & placed an order to try it out. Order came quickly, items look just as described & pictured! I can contact seller straight from app & get a response within 24hrs, I got response to questions same day unless it was after hours. One shoe I ordered the seller contacted me to let me know it was damaged & couldn't be shipped. The seller made some contacts & got another shoe delivered to me within a week. I am now a believer! It's legit! I appreciate great customer service.
This company is a scam and victimizes children. They advertised jeans that were said to be from a known manufacturer, The Man Store. Our 13- year old son bought 2 pairs and paid $34 each. One pair of the jeans were never shipped. The other pair was not at all like advertised. We tried to return the jeans to the company that was advertised as the manufacturer, The Man Store. They told us that they did not sell jeans like we purchased and did not sell through Gotit, indeed they had never heard of them. We contacted GOTit and they told us that they had refunded the money for 1 pair of the jeans in June ( the pair our son did not receive). We checked with the bank and there was no refund after over a month. The bank told us that the only way to check on the status of the refund is to have the company processing the refund check through their bank. This makes sense, of course, because the receiving bank does not process the refund. They only have a record if they receive it. However, Gotit refused to contact their bank and now does not answer our emails So: 1) GOTit is falsely advertising that they sell products that they don’t have from a company they don’t represent. 2) The products they send out are different and inferior to what is advertised. 3) They are processing payments and not refunding money when products are not received. 4) They are targeting innocent children with their advertising and marketing techniques NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GOTit. This company is victimizing children. Our son paid for 2 pairs of jeans and has neither the jeans nor his money.
I was looking for some pants that were edgy, yet had a nice trendy look to them, and I found these babies right here. Initially the 30 was too tight, but after I contacted the seller he was able to not only exchange the size for me but I received the delivery for the 32 in literally 2 days! I have bought numerous items from this store (these were the MOST recent purchase), and I love every single item. It's fast delivery, great response time to questions or concerns about sizing, fit, etc... and dope pieces. If you see something you like in their store don't hesitate to purchase it! I'll be buying again and again and highly recommend TheManStore!
