This app is shocking. Coastline must have hired primary school children to develop it. It crashes, information is incorrect (a field for date has my address in it as one example of many). How do they get away with this? The only part that works is making payments as far as I can tell. The send feedback opens a 404 error page. It reflects the way coastline treat their customers.
It will open and then crash. Over and over. Functionality is awful and not user friendly. Doesn’t save details either. Really poor
Very difficult to put the DOB and not finding my details, we are Coastline customers almost a year now, Coastline management told me to use the app but it is impossible please help
