I try to pay the bill I always do it on the app but last bill can’t do it for some reason I try to open the app and just close on me any help ? I update the app too

The app will not let me log in, I have all my information correct and it won’t accept my log in, I can’t see what my bill is and I always receive my bill after I’m supposed to pay it, when I choose the option to get my password it says it has been sent, I look at my junk and spam and nothing shows up ever, I thought maybe I did not create an account, so I try that option and it tells me the account has already been created, it’s like they want me to be late to my payments.

I have spent time in the jungle in mud huts and had better connection than this company offers. It constantly goes on an off and is not reliable for work. It functions 50%-75% of the time. The app opens but gets frozen on the advertisement page and then does nothing. The wifi itself is a little slow but completely unreliable. I would not recommend this for anything more than checking unimportant emails.
