This product works great when it does work. Got one of the bracelets over a year ago and it stopped working when my grandmother had a seizure. I have the bracelet and I was going to try to find out why it didn’t work and every time I try to log in I get the “we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” I have had this problem for 24 hours now and no matter how many times I change the password, I still get the same problem. How am I supposed to fix the bracelet, if the app is broken!? I want this fixed before my grandmother gets cleared to come home and has another medical emergency down the line. I suspect that it didn’t work because my iPhone had gone into SOS mode (I’m on Cape Cod and they’re fixing the cellular connection causing millions of phones to go into said mode) during her medical emergency causing the bracelet to not work. You are not getting a five star review from me until the app is only used for the initial setup of the product and doesn’t rely on the cellphone that was used.

I’m super stoked about my purchase of the invisaWear necklace. I’m honestly hoping just like I’m sure everyone else who purchased the necklace feels - that they hope they don’t have to use it. I am a sales person in the automotive industry and I am always so fearful to go on test drives and to be more present because I am weary of people, honestly: the more advanced our world becomes the more scary it becomes as well. I also plan on having children so obviously I want to feel more safe in my home and also when I’m taking my daughter or son out in Public. I am super excited that it is also flattering and not ugly like they typically would be. Thanks invisaWear!

This device has so much technology inside of it, my mind is still blown. When setting up your device on the app, it sends out text message alerts that they have been added to your emergency contact list for Invisawear. You add any information or medical conditions an EMT or emergency personnel would need to know, which is a huge help if you're unable to provide this "over the phone." The device is connected and works 24/7 but doesn't drain the battery at all. Mine doesn't even show up on my battery usage list and I've had the device for a few months now. You can go through the testing phase (just be sure you're in test mode) where it simulates your request for help. I wasn't and accidentally sent out a real alert, where it sent my contacts my GPS location and the 911 operator called me to see if I needed help. At least I know it'll work when I need it to! Truly and amazing accessory.
