Communicating the Rules to passengers before departure especially the use of the toilet inside the bus Communicating refreshment stops to passengers Communicating the correct arrival time with customers Communicating delays with customers. I travel with Intercape very often but I can tell you now that I have never arrived at my destination on time the bus is alway 2,3,4 and 5 hours late always. Hopefully this will help you improve your service to us.
