Thief?

App loads but does not appear to do anything other than to connect to meter using Bluetooth. If you check Bluetooth connection the link to meter shows up but donโ€™t not update the display in the app or the meter. The app has also not been updated in two years. Thus I donโ€™t know if this is just an abandoned application for a meter that is no longer supported even though itโ€™s still being sold or if it was sold as a Bluetooth enabled meter but never worked. Either way I feel like I was stolen from by a thief. I will change this review if I find a solution. Also the support site for the app is listed in Chinese only so I have no idea how to contact support with learning another language.
