Incident Response (Squadcast)

I don’t need to hear alerts from 3 states away. Why is there no way to set the alert volume to a reasonable level?

Squadcast has been wonderful for us for Incident Management and the accompanying native mobile app is a wonderful addition. The new version is great and allows me to do almost everything from the mobile app

New to this app, but I noticed that I am unable to enter notes on an incident. Tapping into the field does not launch the keyboard. It appears to be trying to display the keyboard, but it does not open. So I am unable to add notes from within the app.
