I have been buying these vacuums for a few years now and each time they get so much better. I’m very happy with the current vacuum that I have. I’m even more happy with the service every time I call I actually get a real human being and not just somebody that speaking from a script but an actual person that talks to you normally Understand your issues and helps you resolve them quickly. These vacuums save me so much time and while no automated vacuum is perfect. I have to say that these vacuums. Are probably the best out there in my personal opinion.!

Now this is just going off a ILife v5s plus so maybe it has issues with other models I don’t know but works fine from what I can tell, it doesn’t really track where the robots at but I don’t think the v5s has the ability to do that. All the controls work and such, just a more fancy remote really.

The s-shaped cleaning mode doesn't work in our house because we have many area rugs. So we selected the "conventional" auto mode as the default. Even though we programmed the vacuum through the app, it still always starts in s-shaped cleaning mode. This means if we let it start unattended, it doesn't vacuum properly, because the guidance system gets continually confused going across rugs. When this happens, we'll find it cleaning the same corner for an hour.
