I have had issues with this app for so long and I’m just now figuring out this app will only work for me when I am on Wi-Fi. This has nothing to do on my end, new phone, updated software, updated app, this is completely on the makers of this app. My car was stolen and when I was at home, I could tell where it was, but when they are door dashing and changing locations every five minutes, all I could do is stop at random restaurants that I knew had Wi-Fi get on the app, open and close it till it decided to work and then see they were already gone. This was an add on at the dealership which has already been paid for and still thinking of moving over to a paid subscription and throwing this one away.

The older version of this app worked so much better. The new version is terrible! The top speeds aren’t accurate at all. My son drove the car to a football game 25 miles away and speed limits were 55 mph. The app is trying to say his top speed was 14 mph. And it doesn’t show details of where the car was anymore (like addresses, street view shots of exact locations). Now it just shows a map of the streets he drove on. The only time I ever use this app is when my teenage sone is driving my car. And I need it to be accurate and more detailed.

As others reported recently. I installed the app 1 year ago. it stopped working few mints ago. Can’t seem to be able to pass beyond the login screen. It loops and hangs for long ... I called the subscription company and told me that there working on a fix and should be read in a couple of days. That was 10 days ago. Any clue?? This is a major inconvenience, not being able to track my car via the phone and having to use a computer to have a good view and to track my car ... we need answers please.
