This app has never really worked correctly. I have requested retreats through the app and thought I was being ignored, but it’s probably because it was never being sent to my local office anyway. I just checked my upcoming services since I have an appointment today and it says no upcoming services. I checked my past services and that is also empty. What’s the point if none of the information is visible to the customer?

This app is useless! There’s no way to update my credit card or even see my payment method. No support or contact information! Can schedule service or see history of treatments. That’s about it! What’s the point if I have to call the old fashioned way?

So our Apollo Beach Florida location doesn’t use the app. They said you have to call in and the app isn’t supported. That’s a little frustrating since I was able to log in and ‘schedule’ service in the app. I only found issues when I never got a cal back. I would advise building in a system if they don’t use to app to say it in there.
