ICICI Prudential Life App

Policy fund value is not accurate when we open the App. We have to change screens for couple of times and we see a different fund value update. Need to fix the issue and get correct NAV value to fix the fund value display.

The app doesnt seem to be satisfactory. Multiple bugs. Everytime i log in it logs in through OTP, later requesting for the pin and face id to be set and starts all over again next time you login. I tried to submit the feedback after the use of the app, and it wouldnt go through. Keeps telling me to “add a feedback reaponse” although i have done everything already. Why does this app need to track my steps? I’d be happier if it helped me logon conveniently instead. Some features are frequently unavailable and ask me to check back later. Disappointing

Looks like a one-stop place for anything to do with your policies. I was having issues logging into my account when using the web portal. But with the app it was just hassle free. Was able to pull up all the info about my policy in less than a minute. Good work from the development team!
