I’m a new user and just downloaded the app for the first time to pay my bill and it tells me there was a problem getting the settings and then it just doesn’t do anything else. So when my electric is turned off because my bill isn’t paid, I will be losing it! So be prepared!

Since the update in August I’m unable to connect to the app. It keeps giving me an error while getting app settings data communication failure. Please fix so I’m able to connect and pay my bills.

This app is okay, however is poorly designed… once you report an outage, the notification system of the app will not allow you to clear, so therefore the the icon will show a notification all the time. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall, which didn’t solve the notification issue.
