Meeting apps should do a number of things that make it more productive for you to attend meetings. 1. It should be easy to find sessions of interest to you. 2. it should be easy to create an itinerary 3. That itinerary should connect with Your calendar software of choice. If it doesn’t connect with your usual calendar app, it’s worthless. 4. Once you’ve created an itinerary, it should be easy and intuitive to find that information rapidly the navigate through the convention venue, and plan your day 5. It should allow you to take notes within an organized notebook” connected to each session, and presenter 6. a bonus would be an app that includes audience participation features such as submitting questions, or audience responses Other features beyond this like social media connection, or ability to message other meeting attendees are great conveniences, but don’t impact the overall meeting experience for most None of these features are technically difficult, or “innovative”, and most convention apps have one or more of these, none of them have all. This app, like others, some of these, but falls short of others.
