The staff who work on hype experiences are unresponsive, unreliable and extremely unprofessional. They put in all the hard work to get cool venues/activities/events on their list of venues, then will completely mess you around once you’ve paid and they actually need to arrange it for you. It’s essentially an agency/middleman for brands to find influencers but what happens is brands offer food for free, influencers pay roughly 30-50% of what the experience would normally cost to hype and then the staff at hype cant even be bothered to make the content/reviews available promptly. Businesses: beware. I think you’re better off finding your own influencers/content creators who actually care about working in a timely manner for you and not constantly lying and ignoring you.
