Search, categories, and a many other things are now broken and either say “Something went wrong, please try again,” or try to load and then goes back to the previous screen. I don’t know what happened but either the internal dev team or the company who makes the app for you needs to get the back side in gear. As majority of customer bases are coming from app purchases, this becomes a reflection of your store fronts and the quality of your business. And I would think that being on of the biggest names in the industry something would be done about it. Keep that quality up and crack down on whoever is trying to ruin the HH name.

I love the items but the app literally does not work correctly!! No toys or anything even load up to even preview! When things that have been in your cart that are sold out it doesn’t tell you unless you remove it from your cart and put it back in! You’re better off just going on their website and saving space on your phone 💔 I hope one day these problems can get fixed!!

I absolutely adore this app and I adore the selections. I look forward to ever new item and with my membership I will keep buying all the outfit I can’t wait to wear and share in style with the strength to slay all up In them.💯‼️The shoes are the sh**!
