HP Gas App

Overall im using app gor long time and it helps in most of the cases, but frequent timeout issues i faced. Also recently i was logged out automatically and now unable to login again, same credentials are working on website but not on app. Please look into performance and reduce downtime.

This is a shame for HP as it’s app is so pathetic. It doesn’t serve the purpose at all - we need an app using which we can order online without much hassle. But seems like all the reviews have fallen on deaf ears. I am uninstalling this app. Anyone trying to install this app it’s no use as it doesn’t work. You may as well just go to the website and order your refills. That one star is also given just so that I can post my review.

It looks HP is not paying there bills for developers, or they are unskilled developers...why check below 1.App is fixed / works to 3-4inch screen only.🤪 2After login, why again sign in details shows on every move(sing in details screen is fixed on every screen) 😡 3.Every time do we need to scroll down for to get actual details.🥺 3.Key pad covers almost entire screen😫 4. At payment HP logo is covering the payment details. 5. Default it shows credit and debit card, shows no other payment options...until you click on that. 6. And again after successfully booking ,still you see (sign in )screen 🥶 They just compressed Desktop version into a tool , which they are calling as Mobile app , what a pity 👎🙏
