We were really disappointed with this app, which is supposed to provide all the basic resort info one would need. It is useful for menus and for the map, but is poorly designed for identifying which bars are open at any given time, which restaurants are open for which meals, and where you can get food outside meal times. Some of this information is available if you click on one restaurant listing at a time, but it is extremely inefficient. In addition, most listings are incomplete - for example, the dose of rooftop pool has the only snack bar outside of artistas, and we went yesterday to find the food is only available until 4:30, though the Restaurants don’t open until 6pm. Surely there was somewhere else to get food at this time, but there is no good way to find it in the app. Please go back to paper or invest in a more functional app.

The concept of this app is good but it needs a lot of work. The maps weren’t really that helpful because it doesn’t tell you exactly which way to go or if you’re on the right level. The resort itself is confusing because the lobby and front desk aren’t on level 1 like you would assume, most things are on 3 and 5 which is very confusing and the map doesn’t help guide you there. Like another reviewer said, it would be so helpful if the app posted the restaurants and park excursions you booked, and more information about each. To take it one step further if you could schedule reservations on the app instead of having to fill out the “wish list” because we had never been to this resort so planning things ahead of time was very confusing so it would have been really nice to see what times were available through an app once you were down at the resort or make changes to your scheduled times. Overall it’s a nice concept but needs so much work.

There is so much more this app could do that it doesn’t. It didn’t really help enhance our stay. It would be great to have things like what time the restaurants are open, what time the pools close, which restaurants require reservations, which restaurants are only for Casa Artistas, the schedule for shows, and so much more. I’ve tried several times to edit my profile and it still doesn’t work. The only thing I have found it helpful for is the map. To make it even more advanced it would be nice to see all of my restaurant and park reservations on the app along with the ability to reserve my return bus. Also, the information about the workshops is inaccurate.
