Hostfully

Started October with Hostfully to be have a hands on approach with my properties. Guest response doubled, using 3 channels plus Direct. Booking using hostfully site. I Love the automation,. Being able to brand my logo on the direct booking site & all the exchanges between channels & guest saves hours of my time. So I do not feel stressed when addressing a guest personally. Most of their questions are already answered In the automation messages & a great relationship is already established. The team chat is awesome, quick responses, reviews information carefully & refers me to excellent articles for better understanding platforms & the varing bookin channeles. Also they seen clear photo snapes showing exactly how to navigate changes for the website or guest issues.
